Brew Merchant – Cafe & Bar
DESIGN
Brew Merchant is a F&B-Casual Dining outlet in Baner, Pune, that offers a unique dining experience. It serves a variety of dishes from around the world. The menu features a wide selection of craft beers, wines, and spirits, as well as a variety of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and entrees. Our task was to create a unique yet simple Brand Ident that is playful, experimental & catering to a broader group of audience. During our research, we came across some thoughts from the stakeholders, helping us give a direction to the design thinking process.

SOCIAL SPACE
“It is a space for experience loving groups which is a cafe during early part of the day and slowly changes to pub setup for young enthusiasts willing to socialize over drink and tasty food.”
PLURALITY
“BREW MERCHANT seeks to be one of its kind cafe + pub place where people can cherish their taste buds with individualistic offering of tasty food and enjoyable drinks”
CULINARY DELIGHT
We derived this route from the three values: SOCIAL, PLURAL, HOSPITABLE. Brew Merchant is an explorer entity that balances the play between good food, hospitality and entertainment.
This route highlights the above elements in a playful yet neutral way. There is a sense of balance to the visual elements, just like the
cafe bar.
The colour palette was inspired from both the world of brew, the coffee as well as the beer.
